TRU BILLS Custom Hats (“we,” “our,” or “us”) specializes in custom engraved leather patch hats and other personalized products. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws.

2. Custom Orders

All custom and personalized items are made to order based on the design, artwork, or specifications provided by the customer.

Once design approval is given, production will begin and orders cannot be canceled or modified.
TRU BILLS is not responsible for errors in customer-provided artwork, spelling, or design details once approved.
We reserve the right to refuse designs that contain copyrighted, offensive, or inappropriate content.

3. Design Fees

A $15.00 design fee applies if a quality design file is not provided. This fee covers the time and setup required to recreate or prepare artwork for engraving. Providing a high-resolution file (AI, SVG, or PDF) helps avoid this fee.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing or product details at any time without notice.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. Orders are not processed until full payment is received.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship nationwide using trusted carriers. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
TRU BILLS is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances once the order has shipped.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless there is a defect or error on our part.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at TruBills.hats@gmail.com with photos and order details.

7. Product Variations

Each leather patch is handcrafted and laser-engraved. Natural variations in leather color, texture, and engraving depth are normal and add to the uniqueness of your product.

8. Intellectual Property

All original designs, product images, and website content are the property of TRU BILLS Custom Hats and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TRU BILLS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

Your privacy is important to us. We only collect personal information necessary to process orders and never sell or share your data with third parties except as required for payment or shipping.
